About the Role

As a Compensation Analyst Senior, you will support compensation administration and analytics activities across the organization. You will work closely with HR partners and shared services teams to deliver insights related to incentives, bonuses and leadership compensation. This role provides hands‑on exposure to market benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation reporting in a global environment.

About the Team

You will be part of a collaborative Compensation Analyst team that supports enterprise compensation programs at FIS. The team partners with HR and business leaders to ensure fair, competitive and data‑driven compensation practices. Together, the team focuses on analytics, market insights and continuous improvement of compensation processes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support compensation administration activities including data analytics, shared services coordination and incentive, bonus and leadership compensation programs.
  • Assist with recurring compensation initiatives such as performance management cycles and compensation reporting.
  • Participate in market pricing and salary survey analysis to support competitive compensation decisions.
  • Create, maintain and update job descriptions, job codes and related documentation.
  • As a Compensation Analyst II, analyze compensation and job data to support job evaluations and re‑evaluations.

What You Will Need

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics or a related HR function.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and employment practices.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with HR systems; Oracle Human Capital Management preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience supporting incentive or variable pay programs.
  • Exposure to salary surveys or market benchmarking tools.
  • Experience working in a global or shared services environment.
