ADI is looking to add to our proven leadership in this area, with experience in program management and operational excellence. Reporting and working closely with the Vice President, they will be responsible for management of all key programs within the consumer business unit, driving initiatives to improve on time execution and enable an agile and flexible organization, adapting to support maximum value capture in this dynamic market.
Additionally, they will be responsible for defining the operational requirements of the organization, working with the Managing Directors and their organizations to create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. They will coordinate group wide reviews and subsequent action orientated initiatives, liaising with the BU’s partners in sales and manufacturing to increase ADI’s consumer leadership.
Responsibilities
• Lead the program management for the business, working with the development teams to coordinate common processes and an integrated view of the organization’s performance.
• Be the central point within the consumer BU to provide overall visibility and scenario planning for resource allocations and performance.
• Work with the Vice-President to coordinate and drive new and ongoing initiatives and procedures to maximize accountability and improvement.
• Development of processes and metrics which promote high levels of multisite collaboration and increased engineering efficiency within complex programs.
• Work and coordinate with the ADI Sales and Manufacturing teams to support the consumer business. This will include coordinating pipeline and business reviews and driving key ADI wide initiatives.
Requirements
• Experience in leading program management teams supporting complex short time to market programs
• Experience working across a large organization’s driving and leading new initiatives • Highly action oriented and focus on accountability
• Creative and innovative thinker able balance execution tradeoffs and priorities
• MSc degree in engineering, mathematics, or Computer Science
• Minimum +10yrs related experience in Engineering related fields with >5 years in marketing or customer facing roles
