Capital Deployment Associate - Middle East (Based in Dubai, UAE)

The Opportunity

Prologis is seeking to appoint a Capital Deployment Associate to support our growth across the Middle East, with an initial focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will contribute to the research, analysis, underwriting, and evaluation of logistics real estate investment opportunities across various structures and risk profiles.

As part of this position, the candidate will also gain exposure to the Strategic Capital side of the business and contribute to its continued growth and success.

You will directly support the management and coordination of a multi-country logistics real estate portfolio, helping us establish and expand our footprint in a fast-growing and strategically critical region.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modelling & Analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models of assets and portfolios, analysing both historic and projected returns.
  • Conduct portfolio risk and performance analysis, including financial risk and attribution measurement.
• Investment Support
  • Prepare investment memoranda evaluating risks, merits, and regional market opportunities.
  • Analyse asset management plans to identify opportunities to create value.
• Business Planning & Reporting
  • Support the coordination, review, and analysis of budgets, reforecast projections, and annual business plans.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests and investor inquiries with accuracy and insight.
• Regional Market Insight
  • Provide input on regional market trends in logistics and industrial real estate, especially in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Monitor competitive activity, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the Middle East logistics sector.
• Collaboration
  • Partner closely with colleagues in Capital Deployment, Development, and other teams across the Middle East and Europe.
  • Share best practices and contribute to building Prologis’ reputation in new markets.

Building Blocks for Success

What You Bring

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate investment, finance, or consulting, ideally within an international context.
• Strong interest in logistics and industrial real estate, including lease analysis, financial underwriting, and valuation.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and investment evaluation methods.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic language skills a plus.
• Knowledge of or exposure to the UAE and Saudi Arabian real estate markets preferred.
