Description

Are you a commercially minded People and Culture Business Partner who thrives on influencing leaders, navigating complex workplace relations, and driving real business outcomes? 

We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who can build trusted relationships with leaders, challenge thinking, and help shape high-performing teams. This is a true partnering role where you'll coach, influence and guide leaders across workforce planning, performance, talent, engagement, organisational change, and employee relations. 

A key focus of this role is industrial relations and Enterprise Agreements. We're seeking someone with strong EBA/EA experience, including interpretation, application, remuneration frameworks and ideally negotiation or bargaining exposure. You'll be the go-to expert for leaders seeking practical, commercially focused advice in a complex environment. 

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take hiring managers and leaders on a journey of growth. Someone who doesn't just solve problems but builds capability, improves decision-making, and helps leaders become stronger people managers. 

About You 

  • At least 5 years Proven People and Culture Business Partner experience in a complex organisation. 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline 

  • Strong Enterprise Agreement, Award and industrial relations expertise. 

  • Experience negotiating or supporting EBA bargaining processes would be highly desirable. 

  • Confident coaching and influencing leaders at all levels. 

  • Commercial, proactive and focused on delivering business outcomes. 

  • Ability to achieve and maintain a baseline security clearance
