Job Description:

● 与国内KOL保持长期的沟通与协作,了解行业热点,不断完善课程设计与课程体系。

● 科学的建立学员数据库,以期更好地指导课程分级体系与学员的匹配。

● 负责课程相关的流程申请,文件准备,学员报名与筛选。

● 与销售团队、相关部门及供应商顺畅沟通,保证课程的执行。安排课程所有相关的讲师、学员的差旅安排。(包括住宿、交通、用餐等等)。

● 准备与课程相关的物料,(包括日程、问卷、课程资料等等)。

● 完善学员反馈机制,和团队成员一起共同参与完成与各业务部门对接的相关课程的设计与跟踪,同时对于学员的反馈进行汇总并对课程质量的不断提高提出建议。

● 课程技术支持。

● 管理专业教育课程的相关物料,包括相关的设备、工具、样品、耗材等。

任职要求:

● 本科及以上学历;

● 5年以上医疗器械公司市场、销售、培训等相关工作经验;高值耗材领域经验优先;

● 骨科关节专业领域经验优先

● 系统的思维能力及策划能力;

● 良好的沟通协调能力,积极主动,勇于创新;

● 良好的执行力及抗压能力;

● 熟练的计算机应用能力;

● 良好的英文交流能力。
