As a client manager, you’ll be the point of contact for multiple clients. As such, you’ll need top-notch organization and communication skills. Beyond the processes and client calls, the most important trait you’ll need is a genuine passion for helping our clients succeed. Strong relationships are everything at InterWorks, and you’ll lead the charge when it comes to showing care and compassion for our clients, leading to meaningful partnerships that last for years to come.

Please be advised that this role is required to be located in one of the InterWorks Oklahoma offices.  Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible for this position.

Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications:  $65,000-$90,000

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries
  • Maintain and develop strong trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business needs
  • Regular check-ins with client to identify growth opportunities, issues, renewals and quotes
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion
  • Main point of contact for all clients in your portfolio
  • Recommend products/services on value to achieve mutual business goals and benefits
  • Build strong ongoing relationships with selected partners
  • Work on multiple projects at a time
  • Update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce) database to ensure quality of data and all communication is recorded in timely manner
