岗位职责:

• 与潜在客户进行接触，推动1:1广告支持的确认和选择

• 支持指定客户启动他们的第一个赞助产品（SP）广告活动，指导客户进行基本的广告设置和优化策略，帮助客户重新激活广告，并提供基本的赞助广告（SA）支持

 • 与指定客户进行接触，清楚了解他们的需求和挑战，并提供清晰且有说服力的解决方案（建议、引导等）来解决这些问题

• 与指定客户建立定期的接触，不仅满足他们的即时交易需求，还确保他们为长期成功做好准备，帮助他们达到交付标准

• 完成与推荐数量、推荐采用率和客户满意度（CSAT）相关的目标

 • 确保遵守定义的标准操作程序（SOP）

岗位要求:

• 3-5年左右电商平台广告销售或者其他行业销售经验

• 最好具有执行/管理/支持数字营销活动的经验

• 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力，能够与广告商进行清晰简洁的互动

• 能够简化复杂的广告概念并有效地向首次广告商表达

• 客户至上：以帮助广告商实现其目标为导向，高度响应并迅速解决客户问题和挑战

• 关系管理：擅长建立信任并维护长期客户关系

• 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力：能够分析数据，找出根本原因，并提供可行的建议

• 时间管理：能够管理多个广告商和优先事项，确保及时支持、跟进和定期审查

• 熟练使用Microsoft Excel、Word和PowerPoint
