As the Human Resources Intern, you will be in a project-driven role. You will contribute to projects that further UMB’s initiatives with Inclusion, Diversity & Associate Giving, as well as elevating employer branding to foster communication and engagement with internal employees and external community members alike.

How you will spend your time:

• Meeting with various UMB leaders and associates to gather content about personnel and the business for external content communication
• Partnering with UMB’s Marketing and Social Media team for content creation
• Collaborating on reporting and data analytics
• Sharing your career interests and pursuing projects that further your goals
• Researching industry best practices and making recommendations
• Supporting the execution of projects that impact UMB’s associate population

Compensation Range:

$25,640.00 - $49,440.00
