Stryker are delighted to be hiring for our Advanced Operations, Global Engineering Development Programme - 2026.

These are positions starting in Aug 2026 for candidates who have/will have graduated within the last 2 years from a Level 8 Degree or above in a relevant discipline with a 2.1 result or higher.

Interviews will begin Q4 2025.


The AO Global Engineering Development Programme provides participants the opportunity to be part of a global team, with exposure to cutting edge technology from Additive manufacturing and Robotics, as well as interactions with market leading R&D and marketing teams from across the 9 Stryker divisions.

What You Need?

  • Candidates must have already attained or be on course to attain a 2.1 result in a Level 8 or above Engineering course or related discipline.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • The individual should enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic and results orientated team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally and with global teams.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design.
