Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing efficient and effective solutions for our organization, ensuring seamless business processes and meeting the needs of our clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing and implementing applications, and ensuring their smooth functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - Configure and customize applications to meet business process requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Document application design, functionality, and processes. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, SQL, and web services. - Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using IBM BPM. - Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and BPEL (Business Process Execution Language). - Familiarity with integration technologies such as SOAP and RESTful APIs. - Experience in implementing process automation and workflow solutions. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data manipulation and retrieval. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
