Principle Responsibilities
Responsible for operating reagent producion with his/her supervisor and several production operators.
Perform daily shift works.
Follows operations policies, procedures and work instructions.
Support a Reagent Production Supervisor to effectively lead the reagent team.
Responsible for supporting the Supervisor and the team members in SOP writing.
Responsible for execution of work order and record job performed.
Responsible for supporting the Supervisor to manage internal/external audit.
Take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects.
Responsible for maintaining Safety & Housekeeping within the work area.
Responsible for documentation & misoperation records.
Responsible for conducting QI/CAPA/RCA for failure along with the team
Works with multiple cross-functional areas (Quality, Engineering, R&D, PDS, EHS, Operations) in planning and coordination of growth efforts and initiatives.
Understands and adheres to business processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of Pharmaceutical/Biochemical/Chemical and multiple years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biochemical/Chemical industries
English skills (TOEIC score <650)
MS Office experience

LSSGB/LSSBB
Operations chief of organic solvent
Operations chief of specified chemical substances and tetraalkyl lead
QC KENTEI (Quality Management and Quality Control Examination)
