JOB DESCRIPTION:

Principle Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operating reagent producion with his/her supervisor and several production operators.

  • Perform daily shift works.

  • Follows operations policies, procedures and work instructions.

  • Support a Reagent Production Supervisor to effectively lead the reagent team.

  • Responsible for supporting the Supervisor and the team members in SOP writing.

  • Responsible for execution of work order and record job performed.

  • Responsible for supporting the Supervisor to manage internal/external audit.

  • Take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects.

  • Responsible for maintaining Safety & Housekeeping within the work area.

  • Responsible for documentation & misoperation records.

  • Responsible for conducting QI/CAPA/RCA for failure along with the team

  • Works with multiple cross-functional areas (Quality, Engineering, R&D, PDS, EHS, Operations) in planning and coordination of growth efforts and initiatives.

  • Understands and adheres to business processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of Pharmaceutical/Biochemical/Chemical and multiple years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biochemical/Chemical industries

  • English skills (TOEIC score <650)

  • MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • LSSGB/LSSBB

  • Operations chief of organic solvent

  • Operations chief of specified chemical substances and tetraalkyl lead

  • QC KENTEI (Quality Management and Quality Control Examination)
