Salary: £25,000

Hybrid working: In our Cannock office

Permanent: 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday

The Opportunity/Role 📢

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager (Aftercare), you will be expected to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the company’s obligations as set out to all customers. Working with colleagues in Sales, Warehouse & Logistics to build and influence strong external relationships, acting as an ambassador for the company across the Aliaxis portfolio. Managing the sales order process from the point of delivery and taking ownership of customer complaints and queries ensuring a swift resolution through outbound calling and receiving inbound calls.

Build relationships with colleagues across all parts of the business to ensure customer issues are dealt with swiftly and that mutually acceptable resolutions are found.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing background and/or a business-to -business environment

  • Able to communicate clearly – both verbally and written. Excellent orator and scribe

  • Very high service orientation displayed consistently. Able to achieve consistent customer service excellence irrespective of the situation.

  • Ability to create and maintain excellent working relationships with key contacts internally & externally

  • Proficient MS Office and ERP skills
