What You Will Do:

  • Ensure monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events and regular meetings to support Manager as deputy where necessary to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.
  • HCP Contract Process Management.
  • HCP Faculty Relations Management – working with marketing & events team
  • Collaborating with marketing teams and relevant stakeholders for the Divisional Needs Assessment and medical education event plans.
  • Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities.
  • Support with KPI management, continuous process and tools improvement reviews for the manager. 
  • Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.
  • Mentor and supervise the team members where relevant with the completion of all contract submission.

What You Need:

  • B.S. Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of medical education, event management, customer service or relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year supervisor experience
  • Fluent in local language as well as English
  • Experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company
  • Knowledge of MedTech Europe and ARTED Compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience in contract management and processing

Travel Percentage: 10%
