Ensure monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events and regular meetings to support Manager as deputy where necessary to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.
HCP Contract Process Management.
HCP Faculty Relations Management – working with marketing & events team
Collaborating with marketing teams and relevant stakeholders for the Divisional Needs Assessment and medical education event plans.
Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities.
Support with KPI management, continuous process and tools improvement reviews for the manager.
Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.
Mentor and supervise the team members where relevant with the completion of all contract submission.
What You Need:
B.S. Degree in a relevant field
5+ years of medical education, event management, customer service or relevant experience
Minimum 1 year supervisor experience
Fluent in local language as well as English
Experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company
