The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

As a Creative Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering world-class creative that moves our brand forward. You will lead the project management of channel creative efforts from concept to delivery — designing how work gets done through executional planning, clear communication, and operational rigor. Acting as the connective tissue across disciplines, you’ll utilize established workflows, set expectations, and keep teams aligned and moving forward. You'll leverage tools, tech, and critical thinking to anticipate risks, streamline workflows, and support creative excellence at scale. Along the way, you'll be empowered with robust onboarding and development opportunities to grow as a visible, strategic, and solution-oriented leader. You'll also play a key role in shaping new working models that support a leaner, more agile project management team, while driving efficiency and scalable processes to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Own and manage project plans for assigned creative workstreams from concept through delivery.

  • Bring process clarity – establish and communicate timelines, milestones, and resourcing needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain smart workflows that connect the dots across channels and stakeholders.

  • Enable modern delivery by leveraging digital tools and scalable frameworks and templates to increase speed and impact.

Creative Enablement & Problem Solving

  • Translate creative ambition into actionable, repeatable processes.

  • Proactively identifying risks, managing blockers, and ensuring clarity of roles and assignments.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships through strong communication and a service mindset.

  • Support our "one team" operational strategy model across Target Creative and global partners.

About You

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in creative project management across disciplines such as digital, social, video, experiential, or brand design

  • Builds strong partnerships and relationships across creative, operational, and marketing teams

  • Proactive communicator skilled at coordinating with other teams to help move projects forward

  • Embraces technology and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, AI-assisted platforms) to drive efficiency, connectivity, and scalable delivery

  • Passionate about enabling great creative work through operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment that requires adaptability and resilience

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
