Job Description:
 

This job is responsible for handling new and existing Practice Solutions clients, as a point of contact for identifying, fulfilling and servicing banking products. Key responsibilities include ensuring the success of the client by providing product knowledge and a positive experience with all banking products as they grow their business. Job expectations include working closely with clients, internal partners and servicing teams, and understanding, recommending, and fulfilling appropriate products for the client based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with clients to identify potential banking products based on business needs
  • Collects and prepares documents for banking product fulfillment
  • Routes servicing requests to appropriate fulfillment teams
  • Processes and performs servicing related tasks on banking products, as requested by client
  • Performs basic demand deposit account maintenance including check orders, external name changes, and signature card creation

Required Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of client service experience in financial services; preferred candidates will have Practice Solutions and/or Programs experience
  •  Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience; preferred candidates will have a degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, etc.)
