The Team:

The Technical Operational Efficiency team is primarily responsible for:

  • Business Continuity: Developing and maintaining business continuity plans, ensuring that disaster recovery strategies are current, tested, and effective.
  • Configuration Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for servers, infrastructure, applications, and contacts to support efficient operations.
  • Risk Management: Overseeing vulnerability management, automating problem notifications, and managing cyber and technology risks, including external and internal audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Automated Emergency Procedures: Implement and maintain automated emergency protocols for products to ensure rapid response to critical incidents, effectively minimizing downtime.
  • Configuration Management: Ensure the configuration management database (CMDB) is complete and accurate, providing a reliable record of all technical assets and configurations.
  • Documentation Development: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical operations processes, including disaster recovery testing and failover procedures, to establish best practices.
  • Operations Support: Offer expertise and guidance to support teams in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations to enhance processes and reduce vulnerabilities.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and support to technical teams, emphasizing security measures and best practices in data management to ensure effective operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years in software engineering, software operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of technical operations processes and systems.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that promote effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
