The Machinist is responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts.

机加工操作员会使用工装设备操作精密金属零件的机床加工。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

• Obey company regulation and strictly follow working instruction in safe operation.
• 严格遵守公司制度、纪律，按照作业指导书安全作业
• Operate CNC lathe and CNC milling machine correctly, complete production task.
• 正确操作机加工生产线的各种机床，完成生产任务
• Be able to read mechanical drawings and related process technical documents, understand shape and position tolerance, and be able to check product size according to drawings.
• 能看懂机械图纸及相关工艺技术文件，了解形位公差，可根据图纸对产品尺寸进行检验
• Correct and skilled use of micrometer, caliper，CMM，Gauge and other measuring tools
• 正确熟练使用千分尺，卡尺,CMM,量规等量具.
• Tool compensation operation can be carried out independently according to product test size.
• 根据产品测试尺寸可独立进行刀具补偿操作
• Check/measure/monitor quality level during operation.
• 生产过程中对产品质量进行测量、监控及改善
• Skilled ability for equipment's maintenance, 6S
• 现场设备进行点检、6S,以及初级维护和保养
• Can independently change and debug the machine tool, familiar with the common CNC lathe processing instructions, skilled in the operation of bit replacement, tool replacement.
• 可独立对机床进行换型调试，熟悉常用FANUC加工指令，熟练操作钻头更换，刀具更换
• Adheres to all safety rules and report questionable conditions to department supervisor.
• 遵守所有安全规定，发现可疑问题立即向部门主管报告

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

Major in mechanics or lath in graduated from technical school or high school is preferred.优先考虑机械或机床类技校或中专以上学历.

At least one year mechanics or lathi ng experience.有至少1年以上机加工经验。

Most interested in mechanics or lathing with high responsibility.对技术工作有十分浓厚的兴趣，有责任心。

Proper for nigh shift working arrangement! 能适应夜班劳作

Asking question actively, assumed liabilities, spirit of hard working.出现问题主动询问，有责任敢承担，吃苦耐劳的精神。

Walking and standing, twisting, stooping, lifting or moving parts up to 15kg（Occasionally 30kg）, with certain visual and hearing capability.行走和站立、扭转、弯腰，举起或搬运物品到15kg（偶尔至30kg），并需要一定的视觉和听觉要求。
