Position Summary:

As a People Analytics Analyst for the Associate Experience team, you will play a critical role in advancing our organization’s data-driven associate listening and experience strategies. This position is responsible for leveraging associate engagement data, designing and executing employee experience surveys and driving strategic projects that inform business decisions and improve associate engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Survey Design & Execution:
    • Lead the design, deployment, and analysis of employee experience surveys ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the company listening strategy.
    • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, other analysts and our vendor partners to continuously improve survey methodology, strategy and reporting.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex employee data and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights for business leaders and HR partners.
    • Develop, configure and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as a survey platform software, Workday reports, and other analytics platforms.
    • Synthesizing cross functional data, examining and identifying key trends, and presenting relevant findings in clear, succinct reports and presentations. 
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects in surveying and analytics while simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic listening objectives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project timelines, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with HR, business leaders, and executive leaders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
    • Provide training and support for HR and management on people analytics listening concepts and tools.
  • Data Governance & Compliance:
    • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.
    • Support the continuous enhancement of people data governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2 years of professional survey experience, including designing, administering and analyzing survey data in survey platforms and various forms of reporting and dashboards.
  • 2 years of experience in a project management or project coordinator role with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • 2 years of data analytics or data visualization in reporting tools (e.g. Qualtrics, PowerBI, Tableau, Workday).
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy & governance, and compliance best practices.

Preferred:

  • Expertise in Qualtrics EX or CX survey platform is preferred.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) is a plus.
  • Experience in consulting or advisory capacity is a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale organizational change or transformation initiatives is a plus.

Annual Salary

$77,900.00 - $129,150.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
