We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Program Manager - Lead Program Integrator to lead software programs for wearable sensors and patient monitors across multiple programs and product lines. In this role you bring disciplined cross-team planning practices, standardized operating mechanisms, KPI frameworks, and coordinated releases. Serving also as key point of alignment across functions, strengthening execution & transparency, and assuring delivery predictability.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead software teams in program execution

  • Align teams contributions to programs at the organizational level

  • Define and execute programs plan managing Sprints, milestones, quarterly Program Increments, system dependencies, program scope, and periodic releases

  • Communicate progress through standardized KPIs and program reviews

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, clinical, product management, manufacturing, and regulatory

  • Drive excellence through use of AI and continuous improvements

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, common goals, ownership, quality first, and delivering on schedule

Qualifications and experience

  • Leading teams and projects creating high-quality software solutions

  • Using modern software development processes, tools, and best practices

  • Experience applying AI in software development to increase quality and efficiency

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills

  • Ability to inspire, set clear expectations, coach, and build an inclusive culture

  • Solution-oriented and curious mindset with passion for continuous learning

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and EU work permit

Desirable skills

  • Master’s degree in the field of Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent

  • Passion for technology and innovation with inner self-drive to solve challenges

  • Experience with embedded systems, wireless technologies, test automation, RTOS, Linux, build & integration

  • Experience with medical devices and physiological measurements
