Group Summary:

Diseñar e Implementar soluciones que estarán enfocadas a innovar y optimizar las funcionalidades de los distintos procesos de la compañía, tanto Operativos como de Oficina, usando las tecnologías que conforman la Industria 4.0,   (IoT, AI, Machine Learning, DataScience, Robots Autónomos, Realidad Aumentada y Virtual, Impresión 3D, Big Data, Simulación y las nuevas tecnologías que se vayan integrando) Interactuando con los sistemas Mayores tales como el ERP (SAP), Payroll, MES, interfaces y datos generados por elementos de Industria 4.0. tales como PLC, sensores, robots, maquinas en General.

Cumplir los requerimientos de Auditoria SOX y otros apicables.

Competencias Especificas:

• Ser capaz de diseñar, programar e implementar soluciones de tecnologías de Industria 4.0 que  eficienticen los procesos.
• Procesos de Mantenimiento a equipos industriales y automatización de datos.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Licenciatura / Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: Mínima de 4 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

• Experiencia comprobable diseñando e Implementando soluciones enfocadas a innovar y optimizar los distintos procesos de la Compañía, tanto Operativos como de Oficina, usando las tecnologías que conforman la Industria 4.0
• Conocimiento y Manejo de Tecnologías Emergentes actuales de IT-OT, Industria 4.0 (IoT, AI, Machine Learning, DataScience, Robots Autónomos, Realidad Aumentada y Virtual, Impresión 3D, Big Data, Simulación y las nuevas tecnologías que se vayan integrando, básicos de Ciberseguridad) 
• Experiencia en programación de PLC en controladores Siemens y Rockwell entre otros
• Experiencia en programación de robots (como Fanuc, ABB, Kuka y/o Motoman)
• Comprensión de lenguajes de programación informática (p. ej., JavaScript, C#, Python, C++, Java)
• Experiencia con bases de datos y diferentes tipos de almacenamiento de datos
• Experiencia con el protocolo MQTT
• Experiencia implementando soluciones en la nube y on-premise
• Experiencia en soluciones BI/Análsis de datos, Qlickview, PowerBI, Quicksight, etc.
• Preferentemente conocimiento en soluciones con Machine Learning y AI
