We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Bid Center at Mercer. This role will be remote and work from anywhere in the US.

The key focus for this role will be conceptualizing and producing designs across various mediums to effectively communicate our strategic messaging and engage our audiences internally and externally. 

This role would be perfect for an experienced Graphic Designer who can showcase having worked in large corporate environment and is looking for a more Global role. 

We will count on you to:

  • Lead design execution for complex global projects

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development

  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

  • Collaborate with international teams

  • Drive innovation in design solutions

What you need to have: 

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Experience in sales communications and proposals.

  • Proficiency in software such as PowerPoint and InDesign. 

  • B2B Design experience.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $88 500 to $177 000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
