---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Delivery Ops Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: The Team Lead for Software/Application/Cloud Technical Support (CL10) is responsible for overseeing a team of analysts providing Level 2 support across Microsoft O365 Exchange, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and mentor a team of technical support analysts handling O365 Exchange, on-premises servers, and cloud-based applications. • Monitor service health dashboards and proactively address system alerts and vulnerabilities. • Oversee maintenance activities including patching, server troubleshooting, and SMTP service requests. • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution. • Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational standards. • Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and skill development sessions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support strategies with business needs. • Prepare and present operational reports and improvement plans to leadership. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard Team Lead Profile • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery • At least 1 year supervisory experience
