Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, providing expert advisory services for the IT function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing complex problems, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will also play a crucial role in influencing key decisions and guiding your team towards achieving strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the domain.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and methodologies.
- Experience with data integration and reporting tools.
- Proficient in project management principles and practices.
- Solid grasp of business analysis techniques to identify and address client needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our Manila office.
