Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly experienced .NET Developer to oversee the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-level software solutions. The role involves leading a team of developers, designing scalable and secure applications, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology domains. Your expertise will drive high-quality code delivery, ensure system performance, and uphold best practices aligned with organizational standards to support strategic business objectives.
Software Requirements
Required:
Extensive experience with C# .NET (version 4.x / .NET Core) in enterprise application development (8+ years)
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
Proven experience leading development teams and supporting complex projects
Proficiency with SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, and query optimization
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS supporting application deployment and scaling
Familiarity with version control tools: Git, Bitbucket
Knowledge of design patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
Preferred:
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools supporting automation and continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with security standards such as OWASP, TLS, and encryption mechanisms
Overall Responsibilities
Lead the development, testing, and deployment of scalable, secure enterprise applications
Architect, design, and implement complex backend systems using C# and ASP.NET supporting business needs
Guide and mentor team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines
Conduct code reviews, enforce architectural guidelines, and promote reuse of components and services
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and security teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
Support deployment automation, environment configuration, and platform upgrades in cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, security issues, and system defects
Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy, and industry standards
Maintain technical documentation for architecture, code, and deployment procedures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimizations

Day-to-Day Activities
Lead the development of scalable back-end services and APIs supporting enterprise workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and formulate technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and optimize system performance
Support deployment pipelines and automate environment provisioning
Troubleshoot incidents and resolve system security or performance issues
Document architecture, configuration, and deployment procedures for operational reference
Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project retrospectives
Mentor junior developers and promote reusable, secure coding standards
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continual process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience supporting enterprise application development in a secure, scalable environment
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified (desired) or cloud certifications support technical credibility
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects supporting strategic business objectives
