What You’ll Do

Telstra Business - Telstra Business Technology Centre's provides IT and business support to Telstra's business customers.

As a Centre lead, you will play an integral role in driving our four pillars within the TBTC channel and beyond. Your success in this role is built on providing exceptional project leadership and guidance to high performing teams and developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with the TBTC channel, Telstra, our vendors and most importantly our customers.

About You

  • 5 to 10 years of a senior management role,

  • Experience in team accountability of 15 to 25 people managing small and medium business, assisting customers over the phone, in person and customers premises

  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales type systems

  • Strong sense of responsibility for the successful running of the center.

  • Extensive capacity to drive hitting sales target and growing revenue of all elements of sales and service.
