Requirements: 

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communications
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job
• Proficient in the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• This role will require the candidate to reside or be willing to relocate to BOISE, Idaho.

Preferred, but not required: 

• Experience in a field-based sales position
• Preferred but not required, experience in the local CPG market.
