Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Director Analyst to join our Global Field Operations team in Everett, WA.

This ideal candidate will develop plans and objectives and provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs.

Our teams are currently hiring a Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Staff Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development and implementation of plans and objectives.
  • Leads the efforts to develop and deploy broad organizational plans and strategies.
  • Provides ownership of executive reviews and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops advanced job practices, techniques and standards.
  • Consults and collaborates with executive leadership to develop meeting purpose and content.
  • Leads projects and initiatives that are across multiple functions and business units.
  • Develops, maintains and ensures execution of project schedule and budget.
  • Oversees business unit level facility requirements.
  • Assumes overall responsibility for the design, development and deployment of site-wide employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Leads training activities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 7+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Production/Manufacturing Operations practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • Experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
  • 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Level 5: 10+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Production/Manufacturing Operations practices and processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 7+ years’ experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution.

Summary pay range (Level 4): $125,100 - $145,275 

Summary pay range (Level 5): $156,600 - $181,850
