Responsible for allocation of human capital, equipment and railroad track construction materials for the crew and jobs supported by the Kansas and Texas location. Supervising the crews assigned to the office and scheduling the crew’s work to complete committed maintenance, emergency and capital jobs. Coordinate with central office the capital equipment demand, maintenance and transportation that supports cost efficient use. Maintain inventory controls and reporting. Responsible for the operational cost performance of the Kansas and Texas office, minimizing non-job-related costs. Must be able to work in a matrixed environment coordinating with internal customers: Safety, Project Managers, Superintendent – Construction, Controller, Human Resources.II.
