As a Software/Application Developer, you will design, build, configure, and develop software solutions to meet business and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, developing scalable application components, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. You will participate in coding, testing, debugging, and enhancing software applications while leveraging modern development frameworks and methodologies. The role also involves contributing to team discussions, identifying improvements, and delivering high-quality solutions that add value to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Contribute to application architecture, design discussions, and development best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Provide solutions to technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Work independently on assigned tasks while actively contributing to team deliverables.
Engage in team discussions and contribute ideas for improving application performance and scalability.
Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development (including ABAP on HANA).
Strong understanding of application development and object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with modern software development methodologies such as Agile.
Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting applications.
Knowledge of database management, data modeling, and optimization techniques.
Understanding of integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.
