    Routing On Insert Mold Estimates                    
    Suppor to new Component Engineers - Traingin/Creation of new estimates/suggestions on geometry improvements for the estimated components                    
    Maintenance of the Estimate System                    
    Update of MSPEC cost database on a quarterly basis - tight collaboration with regional finance group, with the processing of the Database for the System                    
    Update of Department Rates cost on a yearly basis - same collaboration as above                    
    Tool Quoting with Internal Suppliers - RFQ request                    
EOS Meeting Attendance                        
    Participation on the EOS processes                     
    Training Coordination on EOS process for new hires                    
EOS Documentation Maintenance                        
    Changes/Creation/Approval/Follow-up of new work instructions and processed for the North America Tooling Team                    
    Review and communicate changes on documents where apply to the North America Tooling Team                    
    Work with Local EOS Multifunctional Team - for IATF Documentation/Specific Customer Requirements for OEMs                    
Audits                        
    Active participation on internal and external audits, for new customers (HELLA) and IATF certification process                    
Developments                        
    Developments on Custom Tools for the North America Tooling Team for the streamlining of the esitmating process                    
    Development of new TRA system and its continous improvement                    
    Development of new Tool Build Tracker - Custom tool for documentation and followup of, estimating, build, debug, of new tools                    
    Development of new Esitmate System, based on the current one (legacy) to fullfill our customers (PE/Management/Sales) Expected Launch Q1 2026                    
    Maintenance of the Estimate System - continous improvement of the future version of the platfom software
