Summary of Responsibilities:

Energize Your Career! We are adding a Program Specialist to support our Asset Maintenance and Environmental programs. In this role, you will develop and maintain processes, systems, data reporting and financials. You will play a key role in data analytics and tracking process metrics to ensure early detection and management of maintenance and commissioning issues.

Essential Responsibilities:

As a Program Specialist, you will use your associate's degree in business or equivalent or 5 years of experience in process management support roles to manage the financial and administrative aspects of emergency projects, handle requisitioning, invoices, and purchase order management, and coordinate efforts among various parties. You will also support leadership with meeting management and travel arrangements. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus, but training can be provided if needed. Proficiency in office productivity software, including spreadsheets and presentation software, is essential. Additionally, you should be able to identify and recommend process improvements, communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, and manage compliance with project accounting principles and project controls.
