As the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivery of operational and strategic resource planning services to the Airport. As the workforce planning lead for the airport, you will work across our customer service departments and deliver the workforce planning outcomes through a matrix structure to execute. This position sits within the Melbourne Airport leadership team and reports to the Head of Airport Operations VIC & SA.
This role will be accountable for identifying and implementing resourcing efficiencies, managing cost within forecast, resource planning and budgeting, the provision of insights and influence needed to drive ongoing optimisation of rostering and resource deployment across the airport, and identifying and implementing improvements. In addition, this role will create a more engaging experience for our people, and ensure our workforce planning processes adhere and comply with relevant EBAs.
