This position is located in a Truist hub city location.
The work style will be: In Office (5 days/week).

Supports the Closing Function include servicing the deal through the lifecycle of the loan with focus on transactions of highest size, risk, complexity and/or industry specialization as well as Agented deals and LST. Ensures all information is complete and accurate, all standards, guidelines, policies and procedures and regulations are followed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time. 

1. Review and interpret Legal Documentation
2. Knowledge of Loan Closings and Lending Regulatory Requirements
3. Service the Deal through the lifecycle of the loan
4. Working Knowledge of Participations/Syndications or Specialized Products
5. In-depth knowledge of the applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines, rules and standards for all states in Truist's footprint


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight time constraints
2. Advanced commercial credit knowledge
3. Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
4. Proficiency with MS Office applications
5. 3 years of experience in credit operations, loan consultation or administration
6. Demonstrated experience or knowledge of loan servicing and lending regulatory requirements
7. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of explaining the loan closing process, exceptions and associated legal documentation to internal, external clients and appropriate counsel

Preferred Requirements:
1. Knowledge of commercial loan/Lease accounting systems (i.e. AFSVision, Loan IQ or LeaseWave)
2. Knowledge of legal documentation requirements
3. Bachelor's degree or certificate in related field

4. Knowledge of Foreign Currency (FX) transactions
