Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior product and commercial leader to define, scale, and monetize Agentic AI solutions/services for the banking industry across banking deposit/loans back office, banking call center, Core Conversion, IT ops, Security and Risk. This role is accountable for turning AI capabilities into market-ready products, client adoption, and measurable revenue growth. You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, and client engagement—owning the full lifecycle from concept through pilot, commercialization, and scaled adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Leadership & Client Engagement

  • Establish and lead a Bank AI Working Council to co-develop solutions with clients
  • Drive client evangelization and convert early adopters into referenceable accounts
  • Represent the organization with industry analysts, at conferences, and in executive client forums

Product Commercialization & Adoption

  • Lead pilot and early adopter programs, ensuring successful transition to production deployments
  • Translate client feedback into targeted go-to-market strategies and sales plays
  • Build momentum from pilots to scaled adoption across banking segments

Market Strategy & Offerings

  • Analyze banking segments by size, AUM, and needs to define target markets
  • Develop solution packages tailored to specific segments with clear value propositions
  • Define total addressable market (TAM), spend potential, and pricing strategies

Innovation & Product Roadmap

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new capabilities and enhancements
  • Prioritize investments based on ROI, client demand, and revenue potential
  • Secure funding and drive alignment across stakeholders

Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to embed approved concepts into roadmaps
  • Drive build/buy/partner decisions and ensure timely delivery through established processes

Growth & Expansion

  • Lead market expansion strategy:
    • Start with core banking clients
    • Expand to non-core banks, payments clients, and enterprise segments
  • Scale offerings geographically (North America → international markets)
  • Ensure solutions are modular and deployable across varied client environments

Success Metrics:

Client & Market Impact

  • Launch a minimum of 3 pilot clients with defined scale or exit criteria
  • Secure 2+ referenceable banking clients with permission for external validation

Revenue & Pipeline Growth

  • Drive $25M+ in net-new annual contract value (ACV) within 36 months
  • Build a qualified pipeline of 20+ banks with a strong expected conversion rate

Product Portfolio Development

  • Develop a portfolio of validated product offerings with clear business cases
  • Demonstrate measurable client ROI within 9–12 months of deployment, including:
    • Reduced cost-to-serve
    • Faster cycle times
    • Lower fraud losses
    • Improved operational productivity

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 12+ years in product leadership, strategy, or commercialization roles
  • Proven success launching and scaling enterprise B2B products, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services
  • Track record of driving revenue growth from new product offerings

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of banking and IT operations (core, payments, risk, compliance, or back office)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies (AI/automation) into commercial solutions
  • Experience working across product, sales, and engineering organizations
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

Leadership Profile

  • Builder mindset: able to take products from 0 → 1 → scale
  • Commercially driven: decisions anchored in revenue, margin, and ROI
  • Client-centric: trusted advisor to senior leaders within banking organizations
  • Execution-focused: delivers outcomes, not just strategy

What we offer you:

  • A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities
  • A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!
  • A competitive salary and benefits
  • A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities
