As a Marketing Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as the principal marketing liaison to SEL’s Latin America region, working closely with regional leadership to craft marketing messaging and campaigns that drive regional growth.
- Identify market trends and opportunities by analyzing marketing performance and engagement data.
- Ideate, launch, and scale regional marketing campaigns, messaging, and activities to support stakeholder objectives.
- Develop detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.
- Support the development of localized marketing campaigns for the LATAM region.
- Lead continuous alignment of the marketing program with corporate, division, department, and regional stakeholder priorities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.
This job might be for you if:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or economics, along with 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 4 years of demonstrated experience in field or regional marketing within a global organization.
- You are an excellent communicator who can synthesize complex information from multiple sources in Spanish and English.
- You excel at working cross-functionally and easily build relationships across cultural, organizational, and global boundaries.
- You are passionate about ideating and implementing field and revenue marketing strategies to achieve regional sales growth. You love solving problems systemically, even when the way forward is unclear.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience in the electric utility, energy, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering industries.
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or economics.
- Proficient in Portuguese.
