Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry. 

Responsibilities

•Develop client profiles & segmentation analyses across linear and digital distribution platforms for strategic sales planning purposes.

•Collaborate with Marketing and Research to synthesize audience insights and performance analytics into client-centric go-to-market strategies that align content positioning with partner objectives and market demand.

•Create centralized tracking tools to monitor go to market initiatives, including market potential, client outreach timing, and post-launch performance.

•Synthesize market intelligence on competitor positioning, platform evolution, and industry trends into concise strategic recommendations in a scalable, repeatable format.

•Develop executive-level materials to support sales efforts; present findings and recommendations to senior sales leadership at conclusion of internship.

Qualifications

•Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program with strong academic performance.

•Prior experience in consulting, business operations, media, strategy, or corporate development preferred.

•Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; strong proficiency in Excel and Airtable.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to structure complex problems and develop clear, actionable recommendations.

•Strong communication skills.

•Demonstrated interest in media, entertainment, streaming platforms, or digital business models.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $25/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
