  • Establish leadership & capability training.
  • Facilitate specific leadership development & performance management process(70/20/10, 9 Box, CFE, IDP and more).
  • Build and drive a positive team culture.
  • Initiate and manage Employee Engagement & Recognition program to improve engagement level of the team
  • Manage and resolve Employee Relations and Labor Relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance at all levels.
  • Align expectations on store operational needs
  • Ensure communication standards and best practices are followed throughout the store
  • Facilitate an open-door communication policy throughout the store.
  • Coach on and validate all corrective actions.
  • Conduct Chat it Ups.
  • Manage all Human Resources (HR) paperwork and processes for the store, such as for hiring, terminations, and promotions.
