- Establish leadership & capability training.
- Facilitate specific leadership development & performance management process(70/20/10, 9 Box, CFE, IDP and more).
- Build and drive a positive team culture.
- Initiate and manage Employee Engagement & Recognition program to improve engagement level of the team
- Manage and resolve Employee Relations and Labor Relations issues.
- Ensure compliance at all levels.
- Align expectations on store operational needs
- Ensure communication standards and best practices are followed throughout the store
- Facilitate an open-door communication policy throughout the store.
- Coach on and validate all corrective actions.
- Conduct Chat it Ups.
- Manage all Human Resources (HR) paperwork and processes for the store, such as for hiring, terminations, and promotions.
