What You will Be Doing
Principal Accountabilities
- Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges. Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services. Requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment. Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
- Requires comprehensive ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
- Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (QBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service. Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Must be able to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow. Requires proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle Establish and ability to build relationships with key suppliers.

- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
- Work closely with SCM & Sourcing to ensure smooth biz transactions & capturing new biz.
- Regular follow ups on the account receivables
- Able to propose solutions as part level equivalents to mitigate supply chain constraints.
- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross functional departments.
- Well planned strategy to meet assigned budgets across customer base.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Drive IP&E sales
What We Are Looking For
Experience / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with 5-10 years of experience in Electronics /Semiconductor Industry and field sales or account management.
- Experience in handling OEM accounts
- Experience with IP&E products (Interconnect, Passive, and Electromechanical components) and a strong understanding of the market dynamics in this area.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics
- Should have good communication and persuasion skills.
- Multilingual with fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu is preferable.
- Preferably from Catalogue distribution background
- Should know both INR and USD business process.
- Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
- Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
