Erickson Senior Living is looking for a HR Assistant to support our Corporate HR Team.  The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience for the Human Resources Department.  This includes answering the telephone, greeting visitors, and assisting team members with a variety of tasks and projects. The HR Assistant also provides administrative support while keeping the office running smoothly.

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience from $24 -$28 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus.

How you will make an impact

  • Serve as Front Desk Coordinator, greeting visitors, receiving packages, and welcoming new hires
  • Manage office and kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed
  • Oversee and reconcile operational expenses, including expense reports, invoices, and coding (HO HR & Community Chargebacks)
  • Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
  • Support SVP of HR with calendar management and travel logistics
  • Coordinate department meetings and events, including catering, vendors, venues, and hotel room blocks
  • Manage P-Card requests and reconciliation processes (HRL/Sr. HRL)
  • Lead onboarding and administrative operations, including New Employee Orientation, ID badges, internal systems (distribution lists, org charts, calendars), and programs such as service awards, education assistance, gifts, IT requests, travel, and special projects ​

 What you will need

  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-task
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
