We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Augmented Reality team.
What you’ll do:
Develop and launch machine learning ranking centric products and services that drive value to our users, content creators, and our company
Define goals and own the results for Augmented Reality content ranking
Partner closely with content ecosystem owners, engineering, data scientists and other cross functional stakeholders
Manage a long-term roadmap for Lenses Ranking including internal tools, data and analytics
Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
Drive strategic product decisions via evaluation of market trends and customer feedback and perform retrospective and prospective analysis of product performance
Become the internal voice and representative for machine learning powered products
Report the progress on executive level in the company
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Real experience of heading ranking for large scale content ecosystems with included UGC content
Knowledge of machine learning ranking workflows (e.g. model training, feature management, cold start etc.)
Collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, product managers, data science and other cross-functional teammates
Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking
Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
Excellent analytical skills and experience with AB testing
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, business or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of product management at a consumer technology company
1+ years of product management experience with ranking machine learning platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data analysis, A/B testing frameworks, and statistics
Experience with software development, product design, or interaction design
Experience presenting complex topics to broad audiences
A passion for augmented reality and creativity

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
