Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security, risk management, or law enforcement, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, and crisis response
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and investigations
• Good understanding of local laws and compliance requirements related to safety and security
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and regional teams
• Proficiency in English; local language proficiency is an advantage
• High integrity, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills
