Ihre Aufgaben

• Führung des Renovation-Verkaufsteams in Österreich

• Verantwortung für Planung und Steuerung der Auftragseingänge im Bereich Modernisierung und Ersatzanlagen

• Erstellung und Abstimmung des jährlichen Verkaufsplans sowie der Verkaufsziele

• Leitung des nationalen Forecasting-Prozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Business-Einheiten

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien und -initiativen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Sales Support und Operations

• Umsetzung der Produkt- und Sourcing-Strategien

• Erstellung von Produkt- und Maßnahmenplänen

• Konzeption und Durchführung von Verkaufstrainings

• Reports, Analysen und Marktbeobachtung

• Internationale Schnittstelle innerhalb des Konzerns

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Studium von Vorteil)

• Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit

• Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigeninitiative

• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch

• Nationale Reisebereitschaft
