JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs scheduled tasks, including ad-hoc/projects for overall logistics and customer service activities through product/information flows, focusing on key metrics, compliances, and supporting business growth, and ensures timely supply of goods maintaining the accuracy of inventory records including product returns, while managing short UBD & inactive inventories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Logistics

  • Manage import/export, customs clearance process including FTA document etc.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on import/export, product storage and local delivery shipments
  • Manage to ensure the products compliance with local regulation such as local labeling, CoO Mark, IFU etc.
  • Prepare report for KPI, cost control, analysis of discrepancy
  • Work closely with regulatory to ensure proper import license is valid for importation and distribution

Warehouse Operations

  • Execute daily operations of goods flow in a systematic manner, including products receiving, inspection, storage, inventory management, pick packing, shipping, delivery through freight forwarder networks according to Abbott’s SOPs
  • Ensure smooth operation in supporting product delivery to customer and store replenishment activities include handling of delivery delays, delivery errors, damages, etc.
  • Coordinate with sales team and external vendor to carry our distribution of products to customers on a timely manner
  • Act on write-off / demo conversion transactions, physical scrap processes
  • Coordinate multi-functional issue resolution to troubleshoot errors between SAP/WMS interface / systems and physical products

Inventory Management

  • Timely communicate supply issue with planners for taking appropriate actions to minimize negative business impacts
  • Act on the short UBD, inactive Inventory, phase-in/phase-out, communicating with business partners to minimize the negative cost impact
  • Manage reverse logistics – PER, Returns for repairs, Warranty, etc.
  • Coordinate periodic inventory counts including field inventory
  • Reconcile and close discrepancy of inventory discrepancy in ERP, against WH/ 3PL/ field inventory Coordinate periodic inventory counts for 100% accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA diploma or equivalent of College graduated
  • Fresh graduate up to 3 years of working experience in similar roles
  • Demonstrates excellent telephone and interpersonal communications skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of team
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Able to organize and prioritize work
  • Demonstrates basic level of computer literacy with high numerical accuracy
