The opportunity:

In the role of Partner Relationship Adviser, you will provide exceptional levels of support for all new business applications and enquiries. You will maintain strong relationships with allocated portfolios and internal stakeholders to cultivate great customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of partners and actively developing relationships to achieve good customer outcomes.

  • Providing the key point of contact in resolving any operational issues relating to new business.

  • Promptly dealing with enquiries from allocated advisers with the highest standard of customer service.

  • Working closely with the Manager of Partnership Relationships, Underwriting and the New Business Support team.

  • Building strong internal relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Processing and handling new business applications with the highest level of customer service and accuracy.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.

  • Experience within a relationship management role with a strong focus on service delivery and the ability to handle complex information.

  • Previous life insurance experience (preferred).

  • Ability to navigate a variety of IT systems.
