Job Summary: 
We are
seeking a meticulous and experienced Sales Activity Auditor to join our dynamic team. The Sales Activity Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the performance, effectiveness, and compliance of our sales activities. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of our sales processes and driving continuous improvement within the sales department.
 

 As a Sales Activity Analyst, you will: 

  • Audit employee call activity 
  • Listen to sales calls to check on the level of quality of the customer interaction 
  • Analyze Sales Data: Examine sales data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. 
  • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes and recommend enhancements to optimize performance. 
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management. 
  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to internal and external compliance standards. 
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and RevOps departments to ensure alignment and compliance across all sales activities. 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of audit programs and methodologies to enhance the audit function. 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales auditing, compliance, or a related field. 
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. 
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
