Currently we are looking for:

Procurement Coordinator (replacement contract)

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Work on contracts execution from the moment of contract signature up to the moment of contract settlement (responsibility for full Procure to Pay process: Purchase Orders creation and modification, timely and in full delivery, resolving invoice issues) for assigned goods category.
  • Monitor and agree with vendors and with CP Entities precise delivery time, documentation and other requirements.
  • Support and build supplier relationships and effective supply chain partnership. Engage the vendors to enable delivery with best-in-class quality. Work with the suppliers to continuously improve supplier performance.
  • Work closely with Category Buyers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure gathering of right business requirements.
  • Work in SAP, TMS.
  • Preparing analysis if needed.

 

Our expectations:

 

  • Average 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Educational background in Supply Chain or Business/ Economics or related fields (Master’s preferred)
  • Fluency in English – as a must, verbal and written
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge - as an advantage
  • Attention to detail with a problem - solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Capability to work under time pressure and in changing environment
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team environment and as an individual
