What the Role Entails

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle operations for assigned countries in the Americas, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contract administration, benefits, pre-payroll, and other employee changes.
  • Maintain employee records and supporting documents in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Process employee inquiries through ServiceNow and the HR chatbot, providing clear, accurate, and timely guidance.
  • Maintain and improve HR knowledge articles, FAQs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Proactively identify and support opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service consistency through process improvement and automation.
  • Support other HR-related duties, projects, and ad hoc assignments as needed.

Who We Look For

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;

  • 3-5 years’ HR operations experience,experience in an HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;

  • Prior experience using HR systems(e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;

  • Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner;

  • High Customer Service orientation and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a plus.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is CAD 67000 to CAD 90000 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
