Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing collection and dispute activities for the assigned customer portfolio
• Maintaining effective overdue control and follow-up for all customer accounts that are late, overdue, at risk, or written off
• Handling customer queries and resolving escalations in close cooperation with the business
• Resolving disputes and performing account reconciliations for customers
• Communicating effectively and providing support across teams
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Supporting internal business units via phone, email and workflows
• Collaborating with other teams on continuous improvement activities and initiatives focused on efficiency, transparency and standardization

• You are immersed in working with financial processes and enjoy working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, within the international finance / shared services market.
• You have at least 6 months of experience in the financial area or a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, with established skills in Accounts Receivable and Collections
• You are highly adept in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and collaborating effectively in a team.
• You are captivated by working with deadlines and dynamic priorities.
• You are at ease communicating in very good business English and fluent German.
