We’re looking for a Live Ops Senior Specialist to join our team. This is a fast pace, entrepreneurial area that needs someone who is ready to jump in and lead large cross-functional teams through the prevention- and resolution of incidents. You are able to think about cross-functional impact, prioritize tasks and drive efficiency. You are also a true people person and are able to manage multiple stakeholders on a day-to-day basis with a smile on your face. You maintain a flexible schedule that regularly includes evenings, holidays and weekends work.
You’ll drive, manage and evolve the 365-operational support strategy for our EMEA Commerce Platforms, across all our 30+ EMEA countries. Together with your Global counterparts and key EMEA stakeholders you’ll build and maintain a smooth operating model. You are responsible for the 365 Live Ops programming, establishing effective processes, policies and action-plans that help prevent incidents from happening. And if they happen, you will lead teams through these incidents, ensure they are resolved efficiently and effectively, minimizing the impact on our consumers and business operations. Consequently, you’ll organize all efforts to prevent them in the future. You are the lead that ensures that all x-functional teams have what they need to smoothly and efficiently do their work.
This position reports to the Digital Commerce Operations Senior Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our core Digital Operations teams as well business teams, Technology, Supply Chain, Consumer Care, and Marketing to name a few. This role also interacts with teams in other geos as well as our global team based at our World Headquarters.
