What would you do? Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and workforce needs.
Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that match role specifications and hiring manager expectations.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, interest, notice period, and compensation fitment.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels across time zones and locations.
Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information at every stage of the pipeline. Manage candidate communication, feedback loops, and interview logistics until closure of the requisition. Coordinate background verification, drug tests, and onboarding documentation for selected candidates. Roll out offers, negotiate compensation within approved bands
Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. Track and report key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy norms, and internal audit requirements. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforce skills, and address talent gaps in partnership with the business. Support employer branding initiatives, campus drives, and recruitment events as required.
What are we looking for? Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in corporate, GCC, or shared-services hiring.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo.
Strong sourcing skills across job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), employee referrals, and internal talent databases.
Ability to establish strong client and stakeholder relationships across hiring managers and HR partners.
Ability to handle disputes, manage escalations, and drive resolution with professionalism and ownership.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent requisitions across levels without loss of quality or turnaround.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively across geographies and functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
Excel proficiency for reporting, dashboards, pivots, and pipeline tracking.
Team management and stakeholder management orientation with clear ownership of outcomes and SLAs.
Experience of handling job boards, sourcing platforms, and vendor / RPO coordination.
Advanced proficiency in the English language to draft crisp candidate communications and hiring notes.
Analytical mindset to solve moderately complex problems and take decisions with minimal instruction.
Awareness of local labour laws, hiring compliance norms, and background verification protocols
